Restraint
A plan earns its lines. We edit relentlessly, so that proportion and daylight — not ornament — carry the room.

Light, stone,
and the quiet
in between.
Kashi Design Associates is an architecture studio working at the intersection of restraint and permanence. We draw buildings that hold their silence — shaped by proportion, material honesty, and the slow movement of daylight across a wall.

Design Philosophy
We begin with what a place already knows — its light, its stone, its weather — and remove until only the necessary remains.
02
Material honesty
Lime, sandstone, teak, oxide. Surfaces left legible, allowed to weather, and better for having aged.
03
Permanence
We build slowly, for decades rather than seasons — quiet buildings that outlast the language used to describe them.
